Home / Terms and Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of programs, consultations, coaching services, diagnostic services, testing packages, certifications, memberships, digital resources, and other services offered by FUME Shredding Hub Private Limited (“FUME”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By enrolling in, purchasing, accessing, or using any FUME service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
FUME follows a doctor-supported, diagnostic-informed, root-cause and holistic health approach.
Our programs combine functional medicine principles, metabolic health assessment, diagnostic insights, personalized nutrition, lifestyle interventions, fitness, mind-body practices, stress management, behavioural support, preventative health approaches, and ongoing health coaching.
FUME’s approach is focused on understanding and addressing underlying lifestyle, metabolic, nutritional, behavioural, environmental, stress-related, and other contributing factors that may influence an individual’s health and wellbeing.
Depending on the client’s selected program and individual health requirements, consultations and program support are provided by or involve:
Doctors associated with FUME are medically qualified and appropriately registered professionals and may also hold additional certifications or expertise in functional medicine, root-cause health, metabolic health, preventative health, or related areas.
Each professional provides services only within their respective qualifications, expertise, and legally permitted scope of practice.
FUME’s doctor-supported programs primarily focus on health assessment, interpretation of available health information, preventative health, lifestyle modification, functional medicine principles, metabolic health, nutrition, fitness, mind-body health, and holistic health support.
FUME does not prescribe medicines or provide conventional medical treatment as part of its standard programs.
FUME does not independently instruct clients to discontinue, reduce, increase, replace, or modify prescription medication.
Medication-related decisions must be discussed with the client’s treating physician or another appropriately qualified healthcare professional responsible for such medical treatment.
FUME does not operate as a hospital, surgical centre, emergency-care facility, or specialist hospital-based treatment centre.
FUME does not perform:
Where a client’s health condition requires conventional medical treatment, physical examination, specialist care, hospitalization, surgery, emergency treatment, or another service outside FUME’s scope, the client may be advised to consult an appropriate doctor, treating physician, specialist, or healthcare facility.
FUME offers online and technology-enabled health and wellness programs which can include:
Depending on the selected program, services can be delivered through:
The exact services, professionals, testing, frequency of consultations, program duration, and level of support depend on the specific program selected by the client.
FUME operates through a multidisciplinary team.
Registered doctors and appropriately qualified healthcare professionals provide services within their permitted professional scope and qualifications.
Functional medicine doctors and root-cause health specialists may support clients through health assessment, interpretation of available health information, diagnostic-informed insights, functional medicine principles, preventative health approaches, lifestyle recommendations, and holistic health support within their respective professional scope.
Senior health coaches, nutrition professionals, fitness professionals, mind-body experts, accountability partners, and other non-medical professionals may provide:
Non-medical professionals do not independently diagnose medical conditions, prescribe prescription medicines, alter prescribed medication, perform medical procedures, or provide services reserved for registered medical professionals.
Every individual is biologically unique.
Health outcomes vary from person to person because of bio-individuality. Factors influencing outcomes may include:
FUME personalizes its approach based on the information and diagnostic insights available for each client.
Because individual bodies respond differently, the nature, extent, and timeline of improvement can vary between clients.
Testimonials, transformation stories, case studies, laboratory improvements, health improvements, weight-loss outcomes, and other results shared by FUME represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as a prediction that every client will achieve identical or similar results.
Differences in health outcomes or the time required to achieve improvement do not, by themselves, constitute failure of the program or grounds for a refund.
Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and current information relevant to their health and participation in the program.
This includes, where applicable:
Clients must inform FUME if there is a significant change in their health condition during the program.
FUME’s recommendations and personalization depend substantially on the information provided by the client.
Incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or delayed information can affect the quality of personalization, professional assessment, recommendations, and health outcomes.
Clients are also expected to participate consistently, attend agreed sessions, provide requested progress information, and reasonably follow the agreed program recommendations.
During participation in a FUME program, a doctor, functional medicine doctor, healthcare professional, or other relevant professional may recommend that the client:
Such recommendations are part of responsible professional practice where the client’s needs fall outside the scope of FUME’s programs.
A recommendation for additional medical care, specialist consultation, medication review, hospital treatment, surgery, or another healthcare service does not mean that the FUME program has failed and does not by itself constitute grounds for a refund.
FUME is not an emergency medical service.
FUME’s online programs, WhatsApp support, coaching services, consultations, digital tools, or other communication channels must not be relied upon for emergency medical treatment.
Clients experiencing severe, urgent, potentially life-threatening, or rapidly worsening symptoms should immediately seek appropriate emergency medical assistance or attend an appropriate healthcare facility.
FUME may coordinate or facilitate diagnostic testing through independent third-party providers. These may include:
FUME may assist with booking, coordination, interpretation, or integration of diagnostic information into the client’s health program.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the respective third-party diagnostic provider remains responsible for the technical performance of its services, including:
Where a third-party diagnostic service experiences a delay, recollection requirement, sample issue, logistics problem, technical issue, or similar operational problem, FUME will make reasonable efforts to coordinate an appropriate service resolution.
This may include recollection, replacement testing, rescheduling, or reprocessing.
All payments, cancellations, token payments, partial payments, split payments, diagnostic-service payments, and refund requests are governed by FUME’s separately published Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
Except where otherwise required under applicable law, full program payments become non-refundable and non-transferable once enrollment has been confirmed.
FUME provides a conditional 7-calendar-day refund window only for eligible initial token or partial payments, subject to the conditions described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
This conditional token refund does not apply to full program enrollments.
Once onboarding, personalization, professional consultation, diagnostic processing, or material allocation of program resources has commenced, an initial token or partial payment becomes non-refundable in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Clients should review the complete Refund & Cancellation Policy before enrolling.
FUME may permit certain clients to pay the agreed total program fee through split payments or scheduled installments.
A split-payment arrangement is provided only as a payment convenience against the total agreed program fee.
It does not convert the program into:
FUME does not provide an in-house EMI facility.
Where a client independently converts a payment into credit-card EMI or another financing arrangement through their bank, card issuer, payment gateway, or financial institution, such financing arrangement exists between the client and that third party and is subject to the third party’s applicable terms, interest, charges, and conditions.
FUME’s programs are structured and resourced for the complete program duration.
Professional and operational resources are allocated based on the client’s full enrollment, including doctors, functional medicine doctors, root-cause health specialists, senior health coaches, nutrition professionals, fitness professionals, support teams, diagnostic services, technology, and backend resources.
Subject to the agreed enrollment terms and applicable law, a client’s obligation to complete the agreed payment schedule does not automatically end because the client voluntarily:
Failure to complete agreed payments may result in suspension or restriction of services and may result in lawful recovery of outstanding amounts where appropriate.
FUME programs are intended to be completed within the program duration communicated at enrollment. Programs are not automatically cancellable, transferable, pausable, or extendable.
Where genuine exceptional circumstances arise, FUME may, at its discretion and subject to operational feasibility, consider a non-monetary accommodation such as:
Any such accommodation requires written approval from FUME and may be subject to additional conditions or charges.
Such accommodation does not create an entitlement to a monetary refund.
Approval of an accommodation in one case does not create a precedent or entitlement for another client.

FUME may reasonably edit approved content for formatting, length, subtitles, cropping, branding, clarity, or presentation, provided that such editing does not materially misrepresent the client’s statement or experience.
Health-related testimonials, transformations, before-and-after images, and individual results represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that another client will achieve the same result.
Participation in a FUME health program does not require a client to provide a testimonial, photograph, video, or transformation story unless expressly agreed for a specific activity or program.
Personal diagnostic reports or other sensitive health information will not be intentionally disclosed publicly unless the client has appropriately authorized such disclosure or where otherwise permitted under applicable law.

No proprietary FUME intellectual property may be copied, reproduced, distributed, taught, sublicensed, resold, commercially exploited, or presented as another person’s methodology without prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms claims ownership over a client’s personal medical records, diagnostic reports, or general medical or scientific knowledge belonging to third parties or the public domain.
Where FUME offers certification or professional training programs, enrollment grants the participant only those rights expressly described under the applicable certification program.
Certification does not transfer ownership of FUME’s intellectual property, training systems, proprietary methodologies, materials, trademarks, or other proprietary assets.

FUME may suspend or terminate access to services where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
Where practicable, FUME may provide reasonable notice or an opportunity to address the issue before termination, depending on the circumstances.
Suspension or termination arising from a client’s material breach does not automatically create an entitlement to a monetary refund.

FUME may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in programs, services, professionals, technology, operational processes, regulatory requirements, or applicable law.
Material changes will ordinarily apply prospectively and will be communicated or made reasonably available where appropriate.
