Home / Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to programs, consultations, coaching services, diagnostic services, testing packages, certifications, memberships, and other services offered by FUME Shredding Hub Private Limited (“FUME”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By enrolling in a FUME program or making a full, partial, token, or split payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
FUME follows a doctor-supported, diagnostic-informed, root-cause health approach.
Our programs combine functional medicine principles, metabolic health assessment, diagnostic insights, personalized nutrition, lifestyle interventions, fitness, mind-body practices, stress management, behavioural support, and ongoing health coaching.
Depending on the client’s individual health requirements and selected program, consultations and support are provided by or involve functional medicine doctors, appropriately qualified healthcare professionals, root-cause health specialists, senior health coaches, nutrition professionals, fitness professionals, mind-body experts, and other qualified members of the FUME team.
Each professional provides services within their respective qualifications, expertise, and legally permitted scope of practice.
Where medical interpretation, clinical judgment, or other regulated healthcare input is involved, such input is provided only by appropriately qualified healthcare professionals acting within their permitted scope of practice. FUME does not prescribe medicines or independently modify prescription medication as part of its standard programs.
Senior health coaches, root-cause health specialists, nutrition professionals, fitness professionals, and other non-medical professionals provide health education, diagnostic-informed lifestyle insights, nutrition and lifestyle guidance, behaviour-change support, accountability, fitness support, mind-body practices, and wellness coaching within their respective scope of expertise.
FUME does not operate as a hospital, surgical centre, or emergency-care facility. FUME does not perform surgery, hospitalization, invasive medical procedures, or emergency medical management.
Where a client’s condition requires specialist medical treatment, physical examination, hospitalization, surgery, emergency care, or another service outside FUME’s scope, the client may be advised to consult an appropriate doctor, specialist, or healthcare facility.
Every individual is biologically unique.
Health outcomes can vary from person to person based on bio-individuality, including factors such as genetics, metabolic health, existing health conditions, medications, age, lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, stress, physical activity, consistency, adherence, environmental influences, and other biological factors.
FUME’s programs are personalized using the information and diagnostic insights available for each client. However, because individual bodies and health conditions respond differently, the exact nature, extent, and timeline of improvement may vary between individuals.
Testimonials, case studies, health transformations, laboratory improvements, and other outcomes shared by FUME represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as a prediction that every client will achieve an identical result.
Program fees are charged for the professional services, assessments, consultations, personalization, coaching, diagnostic coordination, support, technology, and other resources provided as part of the selected program.
Differences in individual health outcomes or the time required to achieve improvement do not, by themselves, constitute grounds for a refund.
Except where otherwise required under applicable law, full payments made towards FUME programs, services, memberships, certifications, diagnostic packages, and personalized health programs are non-refundable and non-transferable once enrollment has been confirmed.
This includes, but is not limited to:
FUME programs require advance planning and may involve allocation of professional time and resources, including functional medicine doctors, healthcare professionals, root-cause health specialists, senior health coaches, nutrition professionals, fitness professionals, accountability teams, diagnostic services, technology, personalized planning, program materials, and backend operational resources.
Accordingly, once full enrollment has been confirmed, the full program payment is non-refundable and non-transferable, except where otherwise required under applicable law.
A client’s voluntary decision to discontinue, stop participating in, or stop using the program does not create a right to a monetary refund.
An initial token or partial payment made towards a FUME program is eligible for a 7-calendar-day conditional refund window from the date of payment.
This period is provided to allow the client to evaluate and decide whether to proceed with the program before core personalized services begin.
Any refund request must be submitted in writing to contact@fume.fit within 7 calendar days from the date of payment.
A refund will be considered only if the client has not initiated, received, accessed, or consumed core program services and significant personalized resources have not already been allocated.
Core services and resource allocation include, but are not limited to:
Once onboarding, personalization, consultation, diagnostic processing, or material allocation of program resources has commenced, the token or partial payment becomes non-refundable, even if this occurs within the initial 7-calendar-day period.
After 7 calendar days from the date of payment, the token or partial payment becomes non-refundable, except where otherwise required under applicable law.
This 7-day conditional refund window applies only to the initial token or partial payment.
It does not apply to full program payments and does not create an unconditional 7-day refund right.
Where a token or partial-payment refund is eligible and approved within the applicable 7-day conditional refund window, reasonable non-refundable costs already incurred before the refund request may be deducted from the refundable amount.
These may include, where applicable:
The approved refundable amount, if any, will be processed using the appropriate payment method and will be subject to applicable banking and payment-processing timelines.
Where FUME permits a client to pay the agreed program fee through split payments or scheduled installments, this is only a payment convenience for the total agreed program fee.
It does not convert the program into:
FUME does not provide an in-house EMI facility.
If a client chooses to convert a payment into credit-card EMI or another financing arrangement through their bank, card issuer, or payment provider, that arrangement is between the client and the respective financial institution and is subject to their applicable terms and charges.
FUME’s programs are designed and resourced for the complete program duration. Professional and operational resources are allocated based on the client’s full program enrollment, including functional medicine doctors, healthcare professionals, root-cause health specialists, senior health coaches, nutrition professionals, support teams, diagnostic resources, technology, and other backend resources.
Accordingly, subject to the agreed enrollment terms and applicable law, the client remains responsible for completing the agreed payment schedule even if the client voluntarily:
Failure to complete agreed payments may result in suspension or restriction of consultations, coaching, program access, future diagnostics, or other services that have not yet been delivered.
Where appropriate, FUME may also take lawful steps to recover outstanding amounts.
FUME may coordinate or facilitate diagnostic services through independent third-party laboratories, sample-collection partners, logistics providers, genetic-testing providers, gut-testing providers, blood-testing laboratories, and other diagnostic service providers.
These services may include:
Unless expressly stated otherwise, FUME acts as a facilitator or coordinator of such third-party services.
The respective diagnostic provider remains responsible for the technical performance of its services, including laboratory processing, sample handling, testing methodology, report generation, testing accuracy, operational timelines, and logistics within its control.
Once a diagnostic service or testing kit has been ordered, booked, procured, dispatched, scheduled for collection, collected, submitted to a laboratory, or otherwise initiated, the amount attributable to that diagnostic service becomes non-refundable, except where otherwise required under applicable law.
If a diagnostic provider experiences a delay, sample issue, recollection requirement, logistics issue, technical problem, or similar operational issue, FUME will make reasonable efforts to coordinate an appropriate service resolution.
This may include:
Such diagnostic issues do not automatically create a right to cancel or obtain a refund for the entire FUME program.
FUME’s functional medicine doctors, appropriately qualified healthcare professionals, and other relevant professionals exercise professional judgment within their respective scope of practice.
During the program, a client may be advised to:
Such recommendations do not mean that the FUME program has failed and shall not, by themselves, constitute grounds for a refund.
FUME does not guarantee that participation in its programs will eliminate the need for medication, conventional medical care, specialist consultation, hospitalization, surgery, or other healthcare services.
A client’s voluntary decision not to continue or participate fully in a program does not create a right to a monetary refund.
This includes situations such as:
FUME may consider reasonable non-monetary accommodations in genuine circumstances where operationally feasible.
Such consideration does not create a right to a monetary refund.
Programs are intended to be completed within the duration communicated at enrollment. Programs are not automatically:
In genuine exceptional circumstances, FUME may, at its sole discretion and subject to operational feasibility, consider a non-monetary accommodation such as:
Any such accommodation requires FUME’s written approval and may be subject to additional conditions or charges.
Such accommodation does not create an entitlement to a monetary refund. Approval in one case does not create a precedent or entitlement for another client.
If a client has a concern regarding service delivery, consultations, coaching, diagnostics, payments, program access, team support, or any other program-related matter, the client should contact FUME in writing at contact@fume.fit.
Clients should provide sufficient details to enable FUME to review the concern.
FUME will make reasonable efforts to investigate genuine service concerns and identify an appropriate resolution within the scope of this policy.
Except for an eligible token or partial-payment refund under Section 4, FUME does not ordinarily provide monetary refunds once enrollment has been confirmed.
Nothing in this Refund & Cancellation Policy excludes or limits any statutory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
