These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our fitness programs and your relationship with Fume Shredding Hub Private Limited (“FUME,” “Company,” “we” or “us”). Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law.

Fume Shredding Hub Private Limited, its employees, agents, or representatives are not engaged in rendering medical advice and do not hold themselves out as qualified to do so.

It’s important to note that specific results are NOT typical or guaranteed. Results vary because every individual is unique. Our weight loss tips are not designed to treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please consult a qualified medical professional if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a past illness before starting the program.

If you face any medical issues (low/high BP, sugar spikes, joint pain, etc.) during the program, we will not be held liable. Immediately seek medical support. All information shared is for informational purposes only, and by using our tips, you do so at your own risk and waive all rights to legal claims against FUME.

We strongly recommend seeking professional medical advice before embarking on any diet or exercise program.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. The fees payable for all products and services will be clearly communicated before the commencement of the program.

2. All programs, certifications, services, and memberships offered by FUME are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-extendable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

   ✅  VIP 1:1 Coaching (Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Fast Track, etc.)

   ✅  Health Coach Certification (Starter, Advanced)

   ✅  Genetic or Gut Testing Packages

3. Once enrolled, your coach, team, and backend resources are allocated for your transformation. This cannot be paused, reversed, or cancelled.

4. FUME partners with third-party diagnostic labs for genetic/gut testing. Once testing is initiated, no refund or cancellation is possible. FUME is not responsible for courier delays or logistics.
