FUME provides lifestyle, nutrition, and wellness guidance based on client-reported data and third-party diagnostic inputs. Any interpretation of health reports is for educational and lifestyle optimization purposes only and does not constitute medical diagnosis, advice, or prescription.

Results are not typical or guaranteed. Individual outcomes vary based on health conditions, adherence, consistency, and biological factors beyond FUME’s control.

Clients are strongly advised to consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any program.

By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks and agree that FUME shall not be held liable for any health-related outcomes.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy (Full Payments)

All programs, services, certifications, and memberships offered by FUME are strictly:

  • Non-refundable
  • Non-transferable
  • Non-cancellable
  • Non-extendable

This includes but is not limited to:

  • VIP 1:1 Coaching (Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Fast Track, etc.)
  • Health Coach Certification (Starter, Advanced)
  • Genetic or Gut Testing Packages

Once enrolled, your coach, team, and backend resources are allocated. This cannot be reversed, paused, or cancelled.

By enrolling, you explicitly waive your right to dispute or chargeback the payment once services have been initiated or resources allocated.

In exceptional circumstances, FUME reserves sole discretion to provide service credits instead of monetary refunds.

2. Token / Part Payment Refund Policy

In case of token or partial payments made towards any FUME program, a 7-day conditional refund window is applicable from the date of payment.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@fume.fit within 7 calendar days
  • Refunds will only be considered if the client has not initiated or consumed any core service, including:
    • Attending coaching calls
    • Receiving personalized plans
    • Accessing program materials
    • Initiating diagnostic/testing processes

Once onboarding has started or services/resources have been allocated, the payment becomes non-refundable immediately, even within the 7-day window.

After 7 days, no refunds will be entertained under any circumstances.

Approved refunds, if any, may be processed after deducting administrative, processing, and service charges.

⚠️ This policy applies only to initial token or partial payments and does not apply to full program enrollments.

3. Payment Plan / EMI Policy

In case of payment plans or split payments:

  • The client is legally obligated to complete all scheduled payments
  • This obligation remains irrespective of program usage, participation, or results

Failure to complete payments may result in:

  • Suspension of services
  • Restriction of access
  • Recovery actions as per applicable laws
4. Third-Party Diagnostic Services

FUME acts solely as a facilitator for third-party diagnostic services.

All aspects including:

  • Sample collection
  • Testing
  • Report accuracy
  • Timelines
  • Logistics

are the responsibility of the respective partner laboratory.

Once testing is initiated, no refund or cancellation is possible.
